Department of Psychiatry
The Department of Psychiatry of the ABC Neurological Center treats psychiatric disorders and is made up of various Clinics, such as:
- Eating behavior disorders
- Addictions
- Anxiety and depression
It is divided into the Clinical unit which interacts with other areas of the Neurological Center, and the ABC Medical Center Department of Psychiatry that handles research, education and coordination with other medical units.
It develops academic activities that include case review, morbid-mortality, research reports, courses and diploma programs. It carries out training activities in ABC Friendship Clinic, where it also coordinates the supervision of psychologists from the Universidad Iberoamericana and from the Mexican Psychoanalytic Association.
