The services provided by the ABC Neurological Center are for the purpose of offering comprehensive medical care (diagnosis, treatment and neurorehabilitation), complying with international quality standards under the service line concept and operation. In the service line, inpatients and outpatients are treated by an interdisciplinary team of doctors and health professionals with a focus on personalized care, which allows the patient smooth and efficient care during his or her hospital stay.

Monday to Friday

| 1.-To provide general information about the Neurosciences Center and its services. |
| 2.-Coordination of appointments for outpatient exams. |
| 3.-Invoicing and payment for outpatient exams. |
| 4.-Collection and delivery/shipping of results for outpatients. |
| 5.-Pre-admission of patients. |
| 6.-Direct admission of patients in their rooms. |
| 7.-Supervision and personalized care during the hospitalization |
| 8.-To supervise patient safety. |
| 9.-Periodic evaluation of the patient. |
| 10.-To coordinate departmental interactions with hospitalized patients |
| 11.- Comfortable hospital stay. |
| 12.-To ensure patient satisfaction with the daily care. |
| 13.-To offer comfortable facilities. |
| 14.-To ensure the timely authorization by the insurance company. |
| 15.-To ensure the timely billing of patient costs and account closure. |
| 16.-Post hospitalization follow up |
| For the Doctor: |
| 1.-To facilitate the referral of patients for diagnostic studies and hospitalization |
| 2.-Collection of studies from Imaging, Laboratory and Pathology and transfer to doctor’s office. |
| 3.-To facilitate multidisciplinary interaction with other specialists. |
| 4.-Coordination of academic sessions |
| 5.-Support in administrative processes and insurance procedures. |
