The ABC Medical Center has established a number of channels by which concerns related to Institutional Integrity may be reported.
What type of concerns should be reported?
- FRAUD
- CORRUPTION
- CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
- THEFT
Confidentiality
All information has restricted (access) to ensure confidentiality and, you may remain anonymous if you prefer, although it is preferable to share your personal information so that we may follow up on your report; moreover, this mechanism is administered by a third-party service, independent from ABC Medical Center.
Reporting methods
We urge you to report any concern using the method with which you feel most comfortable. The Institution is committed, at all times, to protect your identity. The information you provide will be used for investigative purposes only and for resolving the problem indicated.
