The ABC Medical Center is governed by a Board of Trustees

ABC Board of Trustees

The board is comprised of 18 members: five Mexicans, five from the United States, five from the British community and three others of international nationalities.

The members of the Board of Trustees work on a voluntary basis for terms of up to 7 years, which include an initial year of orientation and up to three two-year terms following.

The Board of Trustees, which works without remuneration and is organized into a series of committees, bears the important responsability of establishing the guidelines and operating policies for the ABC Medical Center in accordance with the statutes of the Institution and the guidelines provided by the Mexico City Private Assistance Board (JAP).
