Our Affiliation
Methodist International is the international division of the Methodist Hospital in Houston.
Providing assistance to patients, physicians and healthcare organizations around the world to improve local care, to share knowledge and experience and to advance the science of medicine.
It has a long history of international patient care. Each year it treats more than 4,500 patients from over 80 countries.
The institution has expanded its international activities in important areas such as administrative healthcare consulting in hospital management.
Currently it works with local providers world-wide to improve the quality of their patient services.
"Through its affiliation with Methodist International, ABC Medical Center will be integrated into a global network of hospitals-the first in Latin America. This network will become model and benchmark for hospitals at the local, national and international level".
Research is at the core of both institutions and promotes the exchange of medical knowledge, training physicians and other health professionals with state-of-the-art medical technology, safety protocols and techniques.
The teaching vocation of both institutions allows then to share knowledge and experience that promote the continuing education of physicians, nurses and technicians with a multidisciplinaty focus and an emphasis on patient safety, personalized treatment and compassion.
