It is important to mention that all of the protocols that are registered in the Centro de Cáncer ABC adhere to the highest standards of research in the institution. They are carried out only with the patient’s expressed consent and are approved by the Centro Médico ABC Ethics Committee.
Likewise, the patient is continually informed about the nature of the research in which she or he may participate, as well as the risks and potential benefits that are involved.
